With the inception of new technological interventions and stiff competitive environment, the company's think tank decided to further optimising its operations by strengthening its backward integration. And thus to further its initiative, the group decided to spread its arms in Indian Apples by creating captive facilities housing state of art Controlled Atmosphere Store (CA Store).
To achieve this, a new company was formulated "Himalayan Agro Fresh Fruits Pvt. Ltd.". Himalayan Agro has established its:- CA Storage
- Auction Centre
CA Store facilities in the midst of Apple growing area of Himachal Pradesh to minimise the transportation losses and to control the time-delay from-harvest-to-storage to acceptable standards of CA Storage protocols and better them every time.

On other end, the facility is designed to be equipped with most advanced state-of-art technical interventions, may it be refrigeration, Controlled Atmosphere Technology, Sorting/ Grading & Packing Facilities, etc. are only a few to b pointed out.
The state-of-Art Sorting/Grading/ Packing line take care of online packing of the apples to eliminate the pressure marks that otherwise appear when packing manually.

Being true believer and follower of the above fact, Himalayan Agro has built a strong team of thoroughly trained quality assurance personnel's. They are take due care to ensure quality assurance of Product & Process right from farm from harvesting, transportation, handling at the facilities, storage of the produce, sorting/grading & packing to its delivery to the final destinations with a comprehensive system of traceability of the produce.
To ensure the quantities' of desired quality, we make use of "Hub & Spokes Model" redefined and tailored to micro-level. This ensures efficiencies in all spheres of our activities at farm level.
AUCTION CENTRE
This facility established in Himalayas, also houses AUCTION CENTRE for providing the farmers with the services to auction their Non-CA Quality/ Fresh Produce meant for direct sales & distribution during the harvesting season itself.
This enables the farmers to realise the best realisation for their produce of different fruit and vegetable crops.
